We cut sheet metal parts and billets from specifications and drawings provided by the customer on our sheet laser cutting benches.
Materials we cut: mild steel, galvanized or hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper.
Allowable material thicknesses: 0.5 up to 25 mm.
Laser cutting allows the cutting of parts very quickly and accurately. The accuracy tolerance for positioning is +/- 0.05 mm. Our fiber laser has outstanding cutting speed and is equipped with an automatic material loading and unloading system. This gives it productivity levels comparable to sheet metal punching/nibbling. When cutting with a laser, the thermal effect to the material is small and it is therefore possible to cut small holes (minimum diameter =~1/2 material thickness), as well as holes that can be threaded after cutting with no additional machining required. The width of the cut line is minimal – it is smaller than 0.5 mm for most materials.
