Tube and profile laser cutting ensures precise parts that are ready for assembly in your production.
As an additional service, we also offer thread tapping of holes.

Laser-cuttable profile material dimensions: outer diameter or diagonal dimension range 12 mm < 250 mm
Laser-cuttable profile material length: up to 8500 mm Automatic tapping and flowdrill function
Positioning accuracy tolerance: +/- 0.05 mm
Laser-cuttable materials: tubes and profiles made of mild steel, special steel, stainless steel, or aluminum
On profile material laser cutting machines, it is possible to cut parts from various tubular profiles made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or special steel. The tubes can be round, square, oval, or rectangular in cross-section. The tube profile itself is not critical, as long as the diameter or diagonal dimensions remain within the machine’s operating range.
The main advantages of tube laser cutting compared to sawing, drilling, or similar processing methods are higher productivity and greater production flexibility. Parts that previously required multiple operations, machines, setups, fixtures, and working hours can now be cut quickly with a laser using only one setup. Finished parts are always precise, and every part in a batch is identical.
As an additional service, we also offer thread tapping for profile material parts.
