About the Company

Our Story

FINEST STEEL AS’s story dates back to the late 1990s, when our company’s predecessor established the first metalworking company in the Baltics to offer laser cutting services. We started with one used laser cutting machine, learned the technology, grew our customer base, and then made a major leap forward with new machines under a new company.

Since 2001, FINEST STEEL AS has been providing metal cutting services based on modern production technologies, long-term experience, and best practices. Our greatest strength is laser cutting of sheet metal and profile materials. In addition, we also provide plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, and sheet metal bending. As additional services, we offer edge deburring, which is primarily needed for surface coating preparation. We also provide hole tapping. We process steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and alloy steels.

We are located in Saue, just outside Tallinn, in a rapidly developing industrial area. Our 3,000 m² production hall is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, and our team consists of metal cutting specialists with long-term experience. Our annual sales revenue is in the range of EUR 11 million, and our annual cutting volume is approximately 5,000 tons.

FINEST STEEL AS’s management system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and AQAP 2110 standards. In addition, our laser cutting, plasma cutting, and oxy-fuel cutting services are also certified in accordance with the ISO EN 1090 standard.

We guarantee cutting quality in accordance with the thermal cutting standard ISO 9013:2017.
