
Additional Services
As additional services, we offer edge deburring, hole tapping, and chamfering of parts. In cooperation with our subcontractors, we also provide machining services such as turning and milling, as well as surface coating by zinc coating, galvanizing, wet painting, or powder coating.
Post-processing
If necessary, we use a Steelline cleaning and grinding machine to remove dross and oxide from cut edges. During processing, the machine also rounds off the sharp edges of parts, which improves coating adhesion to the material and helps prevent the risk of injury during further handling of the parts.
Thread tapping
Upon request, we tap threaded holes in parts pre-cut by laser. As a rule of thumb, the minimum diameter of a laser-cut thread hole is ½ of the material thickness; for example, in 15 mm steel it is possible to pre-cut and later tap a minimum M8 hole.
Machining
In cooperation with our subcontractors, we also perform turning and milling operations when needed.
Surface coatings
In cooperation with our subcontractors, we can also offer hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating, wet painting, and powder coating.
