Sheet metal laser cutting delivers precise, assembly-ready parts for your production.
In addition, for laser-cut sheet metal parts we offer edge/corner deburring, hole tapping, and bending.
We guarantee cutting results in accordance with the thermal cutting standard ISO 9013:2017.
Laser-cuttable sheet metal thickness range: 0.5–30 mm
Laser-cuttable sheet metal maximum sheet size: up to 2500 × 6000 mm
Positioning accuracy tolerance: ±0.05 mm
Laser-cut materials: mild steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminum, brass, copper.
Laser cutting allows parts to be cut quickly and accurately. The positioning accuracy tolerance is ±0.05 mm. Thermal impact on the material is minimal, which is why laser cutting also enables most thread pre-holes to be cut, including holes with a diameter smaller than the material thickness. The complexity of the contour does not affect the manufacturing process or lead time, as laser cutting requires no additional tools or fixtures. For most materials, the kerf width is less than 0.5 mm. Our machine park includes cutting systems that also enable automatic material loading.
For laser-cut sheet metal parts, we also offer bending, hole tapping, and edge deburring/chamfering.
