Projekt „FinEst Steel AS ressursitõhususprojekt” sai Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fondist toetust

Projekti tulemusena muudetakse ettevõtte tootmisprotsessi tooraine kasutust efektiivsemaks.

Projekti eesmärgiks on läbi fiiberlaserlõikuspingi ja fiibertorulaserlõikuspingi kasutusele võtmise parandada tooraine ja lõikegaaside kasutamise efektiivsust ning kasvatada tootmisvõimsust. Projekti tulemusel alaneb tooraine kasutus toodanguühiku kohta.

Projekti maksumus:
1 889 857,99 EUR

Toetuse summa:
661 450,30 EUR

NEW TUBELASER ADIGE LT8.20 FIBER

We have added a new lasertube machine ADIGE LT8.20 FIBER to our fleet. This new machine enables us to cut tubes and profiles faster, more cost efficiently and with a smaller energy consumption. It also adds a new 3D cutting option.

New ByStar Fiber 6225

Since May 2020 we have added a new 12 kw BuStar Fiber 6225 laser to our fleet. This new machine enables us to cut materials faster, more cost efficiently and with a smaller energy consumption. It also adds new possibilities for cutting thicker materials to a higher quality.
For financing we have applied for support to the European Regional Development Fund within the framework of a resource efficiency project.

Since october 2016 our plasma cutting services have been certified according to EN1090-1 ja EN 1090-2. Our plasma cut components can be used in steel structures requiring CE-marking.
